  3. Did you know that you can burn up to 1000 calories in one Zumba session? (500-600 are typical)
  4. Zumba isn’t only good for weight loss, it’s also great for toning your muscles! It’s also great for your mind. Because you have to focus and concentrate on learning the dance moves, you’re able to sharpen your mental health as well!
