Just Leaving the Gym?

After a hard workout, it’s crucial to replenish your body with healthy proteins and hydration. IMMEDIATELY after your workout, fuel those muscles with an ice cold smoothie made fresh in your very own kitchen. All you’ll need are the following:

1 half-  Frozen Banana

1 tbsp- Peanut Butter or Almond Butter

1 tbsp- Chia Seeds (super rich in antioxidants)

1 cup- Vanilla Almond Milk

1 teasp-  Raw Honey

10 Raw Almonds

5- 7 Large Ice Cubes

Dash-  Cinnamon

Your choice of protein poweder!
