MAC Cosmetics Presents...

Remember the days as a kid when we used to love Archie comics? Well MAC Cosmetics has revealed a new limited edition collection that features our favorite characters Betty and Veronica on a number of different items. The items are available in two color palettes lighter shades for the Betty's in all of us or darker for us who are more like Veronica. In a press release for the collection, the company said: 'Betty and Veronica - the names alone are a vivid four-color flashback to an era of sweet, comic book innocence."

How to achieve a Faux Bob!

To create this look:

1. Apply volumizing spray to wet hair at the roots then blow dry.

2. On dry hair, curl 1-inch sections of hair, starting from the back, using a 1 or 1 1/2-inch curling iron, while working your way to the front of your hair. Key: the more curls the better

3. After curling your hair apply a dime sized amount of shine serum to your hair and run your fingers through the hair to loosen the curls.

4. At the end of your hair, tie a hair elastic and roll the hair under the elastic, tucking hair towards the nape of your neck. Spread the hair evenly in a horizontal direction creating a bob. Leave sides of hair out to further create the illusion of the bob.

6. Secure with bobby pins and apply an even coat of hairspray.

Do Nude Your Way!

The red carpet was shining bright with stars and their dashing fashions at the Golden Globes. One of our favorite trends was the fresh take on nude; some of our favorite ladies remixed it with printed patterns, sparkling embellishments, and romantic lace. Let these looks inspire your next nude ensemble! We also cannot forget about the hair. Kerry Washington was a stand out with her modern fringe, while Halle and J.Lo rocked a great color combo!
