Collab Alert: Isabel Marant x H&M

Yes ladies it's true Isabel Marant is H&M's next collaborator. The collab was confirmed yesterday but not much has been leaked but the retailer is set to hit 250 stores worldwide on November 14 of this year. The collection will include
apparel and accessories for women, teenagers and making her debut into menswear. Ladies mark your calenders! 

Splash International 2013

We are absolutely astonished by the extravagant styling coming from the 2013 Splash International Show in Japan, and Indiquenistas around the globe are grabbing some inspiration from these images. From sky-scraping moldings, to vibrant colors, the spectacular display was chalk full of daring imaginations for the hair runway. Judging by the show, this season is all about pushing the envelope to create your own strikingly fabulous look. If you are always bone straight, go for volume! Usually do the flat wrap? Get some height!   We’re definitely taking a cue from the 2013 Splash International Show  & stepping outside the box with textures & lengths for vacation. So, try something new the next time around- you may love what you discover!

BET's Rip The Runway 2013

BET's Rip The Runway was definitely a night to remember with Kelly Rowland and Boris Kudjo as amazing hosts! There were musical performances by Rick Ross, Sevyn Streeter, Omarion, and others while the models ripped the runway wearing designers like Shanda Style, Lie Sang Bong, Moschino and many more! Through out the night everyone stressed the importance of wearing their confidence as their best accessory because it's not who you wear, it's how you rock it. With that being said, always Think Beautiful ladies!!

Rihanna looked stunning last weekend as she debuted her new fragrance, Nude, last weekend in Century City California!! The event introduced the fragrance to fans at Macy’s Westfield. Nude is currently sold exclusively at Macy’s then released to other retailers in February. Its definitely an add on to our Christmas list!!

Fans can now view Nicole Richie for Impulse Collection on Macy’s website today! The collection becomes available tomorrow, September 12th, at 100 select Macy’s stores. But don’t worry, everyone can  purchase the mixed prints, colors, and textured pieces online! Nicole Richie calls this look “freedom dressing.”

Zara's Autumn/Winter 2012 Campaign!

Zara’s Autumn/Winter 2012 campaign is too cool for school. Model Freja Beha Erichsen is so captivating and effortless in her movements. The pieces are dark but all show the perfect amount of skin. Captured in black and white, Freja sports the fast fashion retailer’s bohemian inspired, care free looks in a domestic setting. Our favorite part of the video was the hair, it had so much bounce. Thank you Zara for inspiring us.

 

Azealia Banks for Alexander Wang!

 

Designer Alexander Wang is known for using musicians instead of models for his campaigns. First, it was Santigold, then Spank Rock, and Die Antwoord. The designer has now chosen to use the new rap and pop darling of the moment, Azealia Banks as his leading lady! Azealia and Wang have teamed up once before as his date for the Met Gala and now in this funky, raw, & edgy campaign video as Azealia raps her “Van Vogue” from her recent EP 1991. The campaign video is directed by Daniel Jackson and styled by Alastair Mckimm. FYI… We love the artistic hair movement!
