Indique’s favorite, LaQuan Smith, introduced his Fall/Autumn 2012 line and tapped the inner sci fi in all of us. This futuristic inspired “Robotic Dream” clothing line had iridescent color blocking along with tight seamless lines. The mix of color and touches of khaki gives a refreshing vibe. Great job LaQuan, we can’t wait to flaunt this line!
Do you remember a few years ago when everyone had that comfy track suit? Juicy Couture’s two piece suit was on everyone’s radar for its comfort, great colors, and amazing fit. Now, part of this suit will be offered in leather! Baggy leather trousers were seen on the runway and definitely translated to ready to wear. Cassie took a step on the wild side this week when she appeared on 106&Park wearing Marques Almeida “Cut Out” Jeans. For some it was a major fashion faux pas but every clever fashionista has to step out the box every now and again. Cassie has never been one to play by the rules and we love the risks she takes. Is this a 2012 fashion trend you’d be willing to try?
Rachel Roy’s fall 2012 collection has a lot of neutral color palettes with the occasional pop of color. Although the focus of the line is the clothes, here at Indique we always notice hair! The trend on the runway seemed to be bone straight hair. Each model worked the runway with a cool center part and straight flowy hair.
Narciso Rodriguez’s Fall is a tailoring masterpiece, full of sharp lines, angles, and color.
Eugene Souleiman of Wella Professionals created a look of Sleek Perfection; “there is a feeling of strength and perfection within this look, it’s very precise and controlled which gives it a super modern feel.”

Our fave glamazon Angela Simmons was spotted working the tents during Fashion Week in NYC. As always Angela served at the BCBG show where she rocked a sleek black ensemble with gold accents and an uber fab red lip.
Not one to repeat the same outfit twice she changed into a fashion forward sleek white pant suit for the Tadashi Shoji show. To top off her outfits Angela opted for classic sleek hair pulled into a tight chignon bun, which showcased her flawless make up.
